VANCOUVER—HIV testing specialist bioLytical Laboratories announced it will launch Test Your Commitment, a three-city mobile HIV testing campaign, in August. The campaign will offer free testing and counseling services to thousands of Canadians this summer in its INSTIBus, a 50-foot tour bus that includes six private testing rooms and fully trained healthcare professionals.
"Our mobile testing campaign will be the first of its kind in Canada," says Matt Clayton, company COO. "Test Your Commitment is focused on taking the taboo out of testing, and aligning the commitment to getting tested with the commitment to one's own well being and the well being of those around you."
The campaign will also provide public awareness and fundraising support for UNICEF Canada’s Unite for Children, Unite Against AIDS campaign. Although locations will be announced in the coming weeks, the city schedule includes:
- Vancouver: August 10, 11
- Toronto: August 17, 18
- Montreal: August 24, 25
